The Day One Helpline (1.800.494.8100) provides 24-hour support, information and advocacy for those impacted by sexual abuse and sexual violence. Day One is the only agency in Rhode Island that is specifically organized to deal with issues of sexual assault as a community concern. Day One provides treatment, intervention, education, advocacy, and prevention services to Rhode Islanders of all ages—from preschool children to elder adults.

The Sojourner House serves victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and human trafficking. The Sojourner House is located at 386 Smith Street in Providence and their helpline is available 24/7 at 401-765-3232.
