At the Personal Counseling Center, our primary focus is on providing individualized therapy services, tailored to meet the personalized needs of each student. We understand the unique challenges and pressures student-athletes face, both on and off the performance setting, and the clinical sport psychology services are committed to meet that need. Our services combine specialization and expertise in general mental health, student-athlete specific mental health, and performance psychology.

Clinical Sport Psychology services are offered to all varsity student-athletes, but that does not mean that student-athletes can only work with a sport psychology clinician. Student-athletes have access and commonly work with the wide range of different Personal Counseling Center clinicians; student-athletes may choose to receive clinical sport psychology services because of the specialization and experience in working with student-athletes in areas of both mental health and performance psychology. All clinicians in the Personal Counseling Center are trained in and provide affirmative therapy to all student-athletes.
