WellTrack is an online resource for stress, anxiety and depression.

Welltrack logo - start feeling better todayWellTrack helps users learn more about mental health and balance strategies, and can be a useful addition to students’ existing self-care routines. All PC students have access to this resource, which allows them to:

  • Securely and anonymously access WellTrack to assess personal wellbeing and gain immediate access to resources tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Engage in self-directed courses to address difficult experiences such as increased stress, low mood, or anxious feelings.
  • Interact with tools designed to help adjust thoughts and behavior.

MoodCheck, the companion mobile app to WellTrack, provides users with a quick and easy way to check their mood while on the go. MoodCheck is available for free from the Apple App Store and from Google Play.
